Wales has a background in civil engineering and has worked for companies such as Murray & Roberts and Calcamite Water and Sanitation. His experience in the construction industry saw him participate in a number of high-profile projects including the Gautrain and various iconic buildings throughout Southern Africa. He has also worked extensively on water and wastewater treatment projects for the mining, tourism and commercial sectors.
His responsibilities at WEC Projects include identifying business opportunities in new markets and growth areas; building new partnerships and customers; and developing new products and services.
